One job a month
At typical automotive appearance ticket sizes, a single additional full front end or coating package in a month covers a large share of a Foundation engagement. The maths on this work is not subtle.
Accepting new markets
Systems and pricing
Every shop is different, so final pricing depends on market size, what is already in place, locations, service mix and goals. What follows is the starting structure for each one, with the exclusions written next to them.
Three systems
The revenue band under each system is where shops running it usually sit, not a requirement. If you are unsure which fits, send us the business and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is the cheapest one.
Roughly $15,000 to $30,000 a month. The work is good but the structure underneath it is not there yet. Advertising harder at this point makes the gaps more expensive.
What we take responsibility forPositioned, Found, Trusted, Contacted and Tracked. We take responsibility for how the market reads the shop, whether serious local buyers find it, and whether an inquiry ever arrives at all.
Paid demand and the CRM stay with you at this level. Either can be added to the scope as a named line.
Which means, in practice
Not included: a full website rebuild, paid advertising management, ad spend, or CRM setup and management. Any of those can be added to the scope.
Build the FoundationRoughly $40,000 to $70,000 a month. You have the proof, the capacity and the service mix. What is missing is a reliable way to fill the calendar.
What we take responsibility forEverything in Foundation, plus demand created on purpose, the shape of the quote, and the pipeline from inquiry to a date on the board. First impression to booked job is ours.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms. The quote is still sent by your people, we structure what it says and when it goes.
Which means, in practice
Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms. Major website rebuilds are quoted separately.
Become the Market Leader$75,000 a month and up, or more than one location. The goal here is position, not just volume.
What we take responsibility forThe whole path, plus holding it. Every stage above, then reactivation, service mix, capacity planning and what we do when a competitor moves on the market.
What happens in the bay. That is the line and it does not move, because we will not be accountable for work we cannot see.
Which means, in practice
Ad spend, major website builds, travel and on-site production are separate unless written into a custom agreement.
Protect Your PositionStandalone projects
The strongest results come from a connected system. Some projects still make sense on their own, and sometimes that is the right first step.
A single project fixes a single constraint. It will not connect visibility to conversion, or conversion to follow-up. That is where the compounding happens.
What we actually guarantee
We will not promise you a revenue number, a ranking or a lead count. Those depend on your market, your capacity, your pricing and who answers the phone. What we will put in writing is our own work: the system gets built, it gets tracked, and it produces leads you can trace. If it does not, billing stops until it does.
If the tracking, follow-up and lead flow are not live and producing attributable leads within 90 days, you stop paying until they are.
Every guarantee in this market promises an outcome nobody controls. This one promises the part we do control, which is why we can actually honor it.
Every term in that sentence, defined
The tracking is installed and reporting, the follow-up process is written down and running, and inquiries are arriving through at least one channel we built or manage. Live means in use, not delivered as a document.
An inbound inquiry by form, call or message that arrives through a channel we built or manage, and that can be traced in reporting back to the source that produced it. An inquiry we cannot trace does not count toward this, which is deliberate.
The process itself: response time standards, the estimate chase sequence, the reactivation list and the reporting that shows what happened to each inquiry. CRM software setup and ongoing management is not in Foundation and is quoted separately on this page. If you have no CRM, we build the process around the tools you already use.
Organic and Google Business Profile inquiries, tracked to source. It is not a lead volume number. Foundation does not include ad management or ad spend, so nothing here depends on advertising.
Access to the Google Business Profile, the website and any accounts in scope, answers to approval requests inside five business days, and your team answering its own inquiries. If access or approvals are held up, the clock pauses for that time and we will tell you the day it happens.

How this works
Ad spend goes directly to the platforms so you own the accounts, and there is no lock-in. If it is not working we would rather you say so.
What it is worth
A shop losing two high-ticket jobs a month to a competitor with better visibility is already paying for this, just to somebody else.
At typical automotive appearance ticket sizes, a single additional full front end or coating package in a month covers a large share of a Foundation engagement. The maths on this work is not subtle.
Most shops have months of quotes that were never followed up. That is revenue already earned and then left on the table, and it usually costs nothing to recover beyond a system that does it consistently.
A shop sitting at position four in the map pack is not competing with the top three, it is watching them. That gap is not a rounding error, it is most of the local demand.
The owner comes off the marketing seat. That time goes back into production, hiring and quoting, which is usually worth more per hour than anything else on this list.
These are illustrations of how the economics tend to work, not projections. Actual return depends on market, capacity, pricing, close rate and implementation.
Pricing questions
Because below that we cannot do the work properly and you would be paying for a slower version of something you could do yourself. A shop under roughly $15,000 a month usually gets more from fixing its own Google profile and response time than from hiring anyone. We would rather say that than take the money.
Generally month to month unless a custom scope requires otherwise. There are no onboarding fees. If a system is not working we would rather you say so and leave than stay locked in and resent it.
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta, so you own the accounts and can see every dollar. What sits inside the monthly price is the strategy, build and management of those campaigns.

Nothing you cannot check
That is everything we can tell you without looking at your shop. Send us the business and we will confirm whether your market is open, look at it honestly, and tell you whether we believe we can help. We take one shop per market, so the answer is sometimes no.
No hard sell. No instant calendar ambush. A real review from people who know the industry.
