Frequently Asked Questions

The questions shop owners ask us most, answered plainly. If yours is not here, just reach out and we will give it to you straight.

Working With Us

PPF installers, window tint shops, ceramic coating studios, vinyl wrap businesses, and auto detailing operations. The common thread is shops that do quality work and are ready to build real infrastructure behind the business.

Yes. We work with qualifying shops across the United States. Where you are located is not the limiting factor. Market availability is.

That is the norm, and it is a good thing. We build your strategy around your actual mix of services and lead with whatever drives the most valuable work for your shop.

The simplest way is to check your market and have a short conversation. We will look at where your shop is now and point you to the system that fits, not the most expensive one we can sell.

Market Exclusivity

No. We partner with one qualifying shop per protected service area. Once a market is taken, it stays closed to competing shops for the life of the partnership.

We protect a 50-mile service area around your shop. Within that area, we will not build for a direct competitor.

We will tell you honestly. If your area is already spoken for, we cannot take your shop while that partnership is active, because protecting our clients is the whole point.

No. It is simply how we work. We would rather go deep with one shop per market than spread thin across competitors in the same town.

Pricing & Contracts

We have three systems. Foundation runs $1,500 to $2,500 per month, Market Leader runs $3,000 to $5,000 per month, and Local Dominator starts at $6,000 per month. Pricing reflects the scope of work, and we walk you through it before anything starts.

No. Every engagement is month to month, retainer only. We would rather keep your business by earning it each month than lock you into something you want out of.

No. Ad spend for Google and Meta is paid directly to those platforms, separate from our fee. Our pricing covers strategy, management, and implementation.

No. We are retainer only. Pay-per-lead models push agencies to chase lead volume over lead quality, and that is the opposite of how serious shops grow. We are paid to build the system that brings in the right work.

What We Do

Six things, working together: positioning, visibility, lead flow, conversion, tracking, and scale. In practice that means your website and offers, local SEO and Google presence, paid campaigns, follow-up and lead handling, reporting, and the strategy to grow into your next stage.

Yes. A site and landing pages that actually convert are part of the Foundation work, because paid traffic and SEO only pay off when the page they land on does its job.

Yes, on the Market Leader and Local Dominator systems. Foundation focuses on getting the base, tracking, and organic presence right first so that ad spend is not wasted later.

Yes. Local SEO and Google Business Profile work start at Foundation, and content and authority-building SEO scale up through the higher systems.

Yes. We set up lead capture, CRM organization, and a structured follow-up process so leads stop slipping through the cracks.

Tracking & Reporting

You get clear reporting on what is coming in, what is booking, and what is producing revenue. We are also building a client portal that brings all of it into one live dashboard.

Not yet. It is in development. Until it launches, every client gets clear reporting directly from us, and the portal will roll out to clients once it is ready.

The numbers that matter to a shop owner: leads, calls, and form fills by source, response time, lead status, booked jobs, and revenue tied back to the work, along with cost per lead and per booked job.

Getting Started

Check your market availability through the form on our contact page. If your area is open, we set up a conversation, look at your shop honestly, and recommend the system that fits.

Within one to two business days, every time.

It depends on your starting point and which system you are on. Foundation work begins right away, and the goal is a system that compounds over time rather than a short spike. We will be straight with you about what to expect for your situation, and we do not promise specific numbers.

Some time upfront to give us access to your accounts and fill us in on your shop, and then your trust to run the system while you stay focused on the work. We keep you in the loop without pulling you off the floor.
